This storm was ramped up by the Extraterrestrial Alliance as is true of all large-scale weather-related disasters. They are busy doing what they have done through human history, all around the world, to bring tragedy by turns to everyone eventually. It is one of countless, heartless, and cruel acts of savagery being done deliberately by the extraterrestrials to cause suffering, for their amusement and enjoyment.
