The holding place we refer to, that is of concern for human beings who transition in its vicinity, was created by spirit meddlers in ancient times and was formed as a consequence of the arrival of the Anunnaki visiting the Earth. During the Garden of Eden period, Gaia was pristine as was the lower astral plane. The spirit meddlers have infested the Anunnaki and the other civilian races for millions of years prior to Earth's habitation and the existence of humanity. The presence of discarnate extraterrestrials in the Earth's vicinity was exploited by their respective civilizations in having them commandeer the spirit meddlers and better organize the aggregate of lost soul spirits, and maintain it as a practical utility in being an energy source that is a reliable go-to for these dark spirits who are acting as minions of the Extraterrestrial Alliance.
