This is true for targeted individuals and their accumulated karmic trauma, just as it is for everyone having to go through a time period over again, so any adversity that happened previously might well happen again or new things that cause harm. The targeted individuals having a do-over for a time interval will still be targeted based on their status at the point of the restart on the prior timeline, so there is a likelihood that those currently targeted will go through a double length of time of being manipulated and harmed again and again.
