You can certainly substitute a powder pomegranate extract to avoid the sugar content of the juice itself and it can be mixed with anything you like. The widely diverse extract of fruits and vegetables you cite is a good foundational nutritional supplement, but it will not contain a high level of antiviral activity, which is the point of taking in a minimum amount of pomegranate juice or its equivalent, especially when added to other antiviral nutritional supplements to have a sum total of varied components working together as an ideal.
