The answer here is no. While it has some antiviral activity, we would not rank it ahead of anything on your list here, in part because few would be able to consume that much tea reliably and it is still somewhat underpowered compared to galangal. So you have things in the correct order on your current list with tea being more of an option for those like yourself who want something to drink other than water; they will more likely be better off drinking tea given its range of benefits.
