The bouts of skin cancer are viral in origin and the reoccurrence is due to the fact that the virus was not fully eradicated despite her efforts in healing herself. That is not uncommon and happens even with divine healing, that we are often not able to eradicate the last particle and there can be a resurgence over time. Sometimes, the immune system will keep it at bay on a lifelong basis but, as you know, there can be compromise of natural defenses and this can allow a latent virus to gain the upper hand and reemerge in a new round of illness.
