Is melanoma viral in origin, and if so, in what percent of cases?

Melanoma is indeed viral, uniformly, and this is what makes it more aggressive and therefore dangerous and more likely to reoccur following treatment. And this would argue for a more aggressive treatment approach, as current practice supports.
