This is a good illustration of mind control manipulation in action. This declaration was encouraged by the Extraterrestrial Alliance as part of their divide and conquer campaign. That does not mean the declaration is fundamentally flawed and contains baseless inaccuracies in what it is promoting, but you will see with every propaganda campaign that there are shortcuts taken and manipulations of thought and belief that encourage people to overstep common sense, and even sometimes violate ethical boundaries, to pursue their convictions about something they are manipulated to promote. This is why almost all public demonstrations are manipulated to take place by the Extraterrestrial Alliance. It is not that the participants are disingenuous. They do believe in their cause and are supporting it willfully because it supports their inner beliefs to do so, but the fact they are going out of their way to make a public display may well be out of character and it is, at a minimum, something that will take away from other activities available to them, and thus comes at a cost. That is why there is often a nudging done through mind control to get people to take part in a more overt display, there is often an extra measure of manipulation of those taking part in any kind of survey or petition of grievance or endorsement of anything having a controversial aspect. That does not mean it is wrong to promote, or faulty judgment, only that there is a measure of encouragement that is not human going on behind the scenes for people to choose sides and take action.
