DWQA QuestionsCategory: Extraterrestrial AgendaShe asks further about food shortages: “If we don’t have successful gardens providing a stable food supply, what would be the best way to stock up, regarding foods from the store, from Creator’s perspective?” What can we tell her?

You can reason this out for yourselves. Every generation has times of deprivation to a small or large extent, so there is a common sense awareness one should have on hand things like canned goods, as well as fresh produce, so there is something to fall back on if grocery stores are closed, perhaps because of power outages or a regional disaster that prevents supply chain delivery of perishables and other food items. How extensive that needs to be will be difficult to plan for given the uncertainties of what can happen and the balance of cost versus benefit given the unknowns here. There are services that will sell food rations in a stable form that will last for decades, so it is possible to plan for the worst, to have an indefinite, for all practical purposes, supply of food. Then all that is needed is a source of fresh water to survive for an extended period of time. We cannot give instructions to people as that is leading, so each person needs to make a decision based on their own comfort level, to prepare for a rainy day or a dry one that seems never-ending as both things will continue to happen. We do not see worldwide famine in the offing here, so a reasonable store of goods that are stable for weeks to months will be adequate, most likely, to keep people going.
