Is this product of value beyond being a tourniquet placed on the penis, which has been used for many years as a help for erectile dysfunction?”

While this is poorly presented with respect to the mechanistic details and the scientific basis for the claims, sketchily presented, seem wildly improbable, this product does, in fact, work as described. It will not be a magic answer for everyone but many will benefit, so this is well worth trying to experience what is possible here in the way of augmentation.
