Unfortunately, anything that contains milk from a large processing facility may be contaminated, so nothing can be guaranteed with respect to safety. It will certainly be the case that level of exposure will be a factor in the likelihood of having a problem develop, so the amounts of milk used in cooking will result in less ingestion than drinking milk with every meal. There will be a reduction in viable viruses with extreme heating and that will reduce risk as well.
