The actual incidence of viral infection with consequences for the host is relatively low. It averages between five and 10% with a kind of flow and flux, given the many, many, factors being involved with general health and well-being, levels of stress, and so forth, in terms of the culture at any given moment. The actual infection rate is much higher but in many cases the virus remains dormant or has only minimal effect on the host to stir up anything approaching symptoms. There is often a need for what could be considered cofactors, one being any highly stressful event or series of events that befalls a person. That will lower their resistance to infection and then the dormant viruses can break out in large numbers and initiate a frank illness of some kind. So the passage of time will bring around karmic milestones of all kinds and the odds of someone eventually developing an illness will go up. The key here is in taking steps actively to request divine assistance for healing and protection, as well as considering use of an antiviral adjunct to prevent an outbreak of infection becoming noticeable.
