Should a corresponding contrary action be added to the LHP or are we prevented from countering the extraterrestrials’ free will to do this or else has this already been discussed?” What is Creator’s perspective?

This dreadful manipulation by the interlopers is one of countless ways they harass and harm human beings. It is the focus of the protocol to stay their hand to whatever extent can be achieved. So nothing is off the table. All such manipulations are seen by the divine. The problem is there is still insufficient human awareness and human intention devoted to raising up humanity and freeing yourselves from the subjugation and manipulation of the interlopers. We cannot unilaterally block their free will to torment you. There needs to be a counterforce coming from you, sizeable enough to be effective. That is only possible through partnership with us, but it is never a given we can do all you want, and quickly, because it is an energetic equation. It takes a large intention to countermand free will decisions of soul-based beings even if they are extraterrestrial interlopers subjugating you. So this is a balance of power underway and there are limits in what we can do without strong human intention to counter the effects of their dark intentions. We are working to help humanity gain the upper hand, but it is still a work in progress.
