We see this as a very high priority of the interlopers. It is a central objective in their planning and their goals for dealing with humanity. They have been working on it for quite a long time now, to shape things and adjust things and maneuver things in a way to build towards this culmination of a long history of subjugation and manipulation. In a real sense, it is their "coming out party." They are looking forward to making a splash that will have a huge impact on humanity, so there is a tremendous built-in interest and support for the strategy in play.
