This, indeed, is a karmic dilemma of the sellers and will not be a quick fix. It is a powerful drama, so its influence is great and will be unpredictable as to the ability to overcome it as an obstacle to sale of the home. Worse things have been overcome out of necessity. The problem here is this dynamic being one of creating a kind of go-no go contest. So it has a karmic force behind the struggle and that can be enough to queer the deal, literally, if a buyer takes an interest because it will bring some tension and hesitation and even create some roadblocks that are unexpected to fulfill the karmic energy of the ongoing contest between the parties. They are, in effect, fighting one another about the progress of their lives, individually and collectively. We do not consider anything a lost cause but there are certainly some things easier than others. At the moment, it is the homeowners who are in charge of the drama and things will not proceed until they let it happen, and that is not possible to predict given the depth of the karmic history and the struggle underway.
