Is there a plan, backed by the World Economic Forum, to control content on the Internet using AI governance so it will alert intelligence and policing agencies whenever anyone is observed doing something unacceptable in terms of censorship guidelines? Is this a corruption of human affairs by the interlopers to use our own governments to exert power and control over the masses and limit personal freedom?

This is not just a conspiracy theory, but a concrete plan being adopted in the near future. It is an extension of the police state tactics of surveillance and has been ongoing for many, many, years now. The whole implementation of the Internet was an orchestration to create the means to do this. By bringing all human communication together via the Internet, it creates a vulnerability because it can all be monitored, every single word, and then used to control and discourage undesirable opinion or actions and punish anyone the powers that be choose when anything untoward, in their way of thinking, is noticed. It is the advent of artificial intelligence that makes this truly possible on a universal scale. It need not be perfect. After all, it is the awareness you are being watched that keeps people in line. It is the same with all of law enforcement. That is why people are not speeding and driving recklessly more than they do, it is because they know there could be someone watching them using radar, for example. That can be used for good to help society remain orderly, but can be overdone and misapplied in ways that squelch individuality and basic human freedoms of movement, speech, and individual choice in how to spend one's time. The corruption of governments to become more and more authoritarian, and arbitrarily so, continues, and you can be sure when they leave after the Disclosure, the world will not be the same without them, but worsening, because this is the plan, to put in motion a series of constraints to have a life of their own and make life not only miserable but increasingly diminished. It will take considerable healing work to right the wrongs that are building with intensity. The traumas caused by impoverishment and depersonalization will be long-lasting, indeed, but this will be healable over time.
