DWQA QuestionsCategory: Subconscious MindIf memories become corded to various levels of the mind, what relationship does memory consolidation have in bringing that about?

What happens with recall of memories, whether a cording is already in place or not, is the construction of a new a cording or a strengthening of an existing according to, in a sense, make it throb. So, there is a very active interplay that reaches a certain threshold, and what is important then, is forming a useful intention to address the memory, its meaning, and conclusions drawn by the mind. This is how things can be worsened or improved, depending on how a person reacts to the recall of a trauma event. Most times, there will be an aggravation, a worsening, through adding extra emotional anguish into the mix, because people lack the wherewithal to bring about a true and effective, complete, healing on their own of this kind of historical legacy that haunts them.
