Is this program sound in its design and methods to get an accurate assessment of true biological age, and offering of an effective nutritional anti-aging supplementation in response?

This is a well thought out and executed program in all respects. It is still constrained by limits of human technology, scientific understanding, and the availability of the most ideal adjuncts, dose levels, and regimen. But it will work as described to provide feedback about one's status with regard to a reliable age marker, and the supplement approaches are among the state-of-the-art in effectiveness. So this is a good starting point for people who want some kind of outside validation to better define their need and also provide a measure of true progress as a way of verifying the value, in spending the money for the recommendations, and what the supplements they take are actually doing to help, at least with respect to a general biomarker, which is better than nothing. So this has our blessing.
